MATERIAL & RUST NOTICE
Important: 12.9 grade alloy steel bolts are not stainless steel.
Black oxide gives the bolts a black finish, but it is not rust-proof. Surface rust may occur over time, especially after rain, mud, washing, humidity, salt, or long-term outdoor use.
Keep the bolts clean and dry when possible. Replace them before riding if heavy rust, damage, or thread wear is found.
INSTALLATION NOTE
For best results, apply medium-strength threadlocker before installation.
Bolt length is measured based on our E Ride Pro handlebar setup. Actual fitment may vary between different bike models, handlebars, clamps, risers, and installation setups.
Please check the bolt length against your own bike before installation. If the bolts are too long or too short for your setup, please contact our support team before riding.
Tighten all four handlebar clamp bolts evenly and gradually in an alternating pattern. Do not overtighten. Use the correct torque specification for your own stem and handlebar clamp setup whenever available.
Important: Incorrect bolt length, insufficient thread engagement, overtightening, undertightening, or improper installation may cause clamp failure, damaged threads, or unsafe handlebar movement.
