Return Conditions
1. Time: For unused items, a return request must be made within 45 days from the date of placing the order. For sold second-hand items, a return request must be made within 15 days from the date of placing the order.
2. Product status: Returned items must be properly packaged and received at our warehouse undamaged and in a new and saleable condition. The items must have no damage or scratches. Any returned items that are damaged or broken due to poor packaging (or damaged for any other reason) will receive a reduced refund based on the condition of the received items, down to and including $0.00.

In case of a return, the shipping cost for the return is borne by the customer and is non-refundable.

RETURN BY SHIPPING COMPANY
(refused delivery, return to sender, wrong address, etc.)
All items returned to us by the shipping company (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc) due to customer refusal, incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout, or any other reason beyond our control will be refunded for the purchase price of the item, minus the cost of return shipping incurred for the item to get back to skrmod.com. In other words, the original cost of shipping is for a one-way shipment from our warehouse to the customer's shipping address only. A refused shipment has additional shipping costs on the return trip back to our warehouse. In addition, the original shipping charge will not be refunded. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at the time of checkout, it will be processed as a standard customer return and the customer must place a new order if they still wish to receive the item.
