Returns & Cancelation & Refunds Policy
Before Requesting Returns/Exchanges:

All returns must be pre-approved by SKRMOD. If the goods are returned without permission, the purchaser shall be responsible for any resulting losses.

Not shipped: Can cancel the order.
- Shipped and in transit:Cancellation is not possible. You need to wait until the goods are returned to the warehouse before a return and refund can be processed. The shipping costs incurred will be borne by the buyer.

- Return/Exchange without reasons within 7 days:
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the carrier's recorded delivery date. - If it is a product with installation problems, an application needs to be submitted within 15 days.
