Returns & Cancelation & Refunds Policy

Before Requesting Returns/Exchanges:

  1. All returns must be pre-approved by SKRMOD. If the goods are returned without permission, the purchaser shall be responsible for any resulting losses.

  2. Time Limit:

    • Not shipped: Can cancel the order. 

    • Shipped and in transit:Cancellation is not possible. You need to wait until the goods are returned to the warehouse before a return and refund can be processed. The shipping costs incurred will be borne by the buyer.

    • Delivered:
      • Return/Exchange without reasons within 7 days
        Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the carrier's recorded delivery date.
      • If it is a product with installation problems, an application needs to be submitted within 15 days.

  3. Product Condition:

    • Return/Exchange without reasons within 7 days:

      • Must be in original state: uninstalled, no sign of installation,with tags, and in original packaging.

      • If received items are damaged: A restocking fee of up to 50% needs to be deducted. 

    • Damaged/Wrong Items:

      • Inspect immediately upon delivery.

      • Contact us within 7 days from the carrier's recorded delivery date.

  4. Proof of Purchase Required:

    • Contact us via your purchase account.

    • Provide order screenshot showing order number (e.g., #skrmod8888).


Common Cases

  1. Address Changes:

    • Before shipping: Address modifications may incur extra fees.

    • After shipping:

      • We cannot change addresses. Contact your local post office.

      • Return shipping costs are buyer’s responsibility.

  2. Exchanges:

    • Return original item at your own cost (no prepaid labels).

    • Additional shipping fee applies for resending. (Please contact via private message)

    • Processing time: ~3 business days after inspection.

  3. Defective Product:

    • If it is a product with installation problems, an application needs to be submitted within 15 days. 
    • Provide video/photo evidence. If valid evidence cannot be provided, after-sales processing cannot be carried out.

    • Do NOT return items without approval – we are not responsible for lost packages.


Refund Deductions

  1. Non-defective Returns:

    • If received items are damaged: A restocking fee of up to 50% needs to be deducted. 

  2. Approval Notice:

    • Refund status will be notified after inspection.

  3. Non-refundable Costs:

    • Original shipping fees (Can be refunded if not shipped)

    • Taxes. (Applicable even if canceled prior to shipment.)

  4. Platform Processing Fee:

    • Up to 10% (charged by the platform). Applicable even if canceled prior to shipment.

    • Defective Product: Store credit compensation may apply.

      • Store credit amounts and eligibility determined at sole discretion of [Skrmod]
      • Credit expiration: 180 days (non-extendable, non-redeemable for cash)
  5. Refund Time:

    • Processing time: ~3 business days after inspection.
    • Arrival time: Allow additional time for your bank/card issuer to process.
