SHIPPING DETAILS:
- We will make the shipment based on the arrival of goods and the order sequence. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at any time!
- If your order contains multiple products, we will wait until all the products (except the products of Batch 2) arrive before making the shipment. The shipping time should be estimated based on the arrival time of the last item. Please check the estimated arrival time of transportation below.

At this stage, we have completed the BATCH 1 production and will adjust it according to different orders:
- US region:
* If there is stock when placing the order, it will be shipped from the US warehouse in 1-3 business days;
* If the pre-sale status is showed, we need to call the inventory from the Chinese warehouse, first air ship to our US warehouse, and then usps/ups ship to you, it will take about 5-7 business days.
- Other regions:
Ship directly from China, most regions use SF Express or UPS;

- Tail Mudguard:
- The surron and eride pro versions have been completed in production and can be shipped from the United States/China/call for shipment from the Chinese inventory at any time. (The champagne color has a delay.)
- The Talaria MX version is under production
- Wheel Mudguard (Surron LBX): The prototype has come out and we are communicating the details with the factory.
- Subframe (E RIDE PRO): Making the prototype.
- Swingarm: The prototype has come out and we are communicating the details with the factory.
