Before Requesting Returns/Exchanges:

All returns must be pre-approved by SKRMOD. If the goods are returned without permission, the purchaser shall be responsible for any resulting losses.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the official return shipping address. Please ensure you use this specific address for your shipment. Returns that are shipped to any other address will not be accepted, and will significantly delay your refund processing.

Important Notice Regarding Cancellation Fees: Please be aware that a 5-10% platform processing fee is non-refundable in ALL cancellation cases, even if the order is canceled before shipment. This fee is charged by the payment/platform gateway and will be deducted from your refund.

You need to wait until the goods are returned to the warehouse before a return and refund can be processed. The shipping costs incurred will be borne by the buyer.
