Order Cancellation Policy

1. Pre-Shipment Cancellations

  • Orders canceled after payment processing will be subject to a platform processing fee (up to 10% of total order value), applicable even if canceled prior to shipment.

  • As a courtesy, customers may be eligible for store credit equivalent to a partial or full offset of the processing fee.

  • Store credit validity: 180 days from issuance date.

2. Post-Shipment Returns

  • Customers may refuse delivery or arrange self-return (return shipping costs at customer's expense).

  • Refunds processed within 3 business days after:

    • Receiving undamaged goods in original resalable condition

    • Successful quality inspection

  • Deductions applied:

    • Non-refundable original shipping fees

    • Platform processing fee (up to 10%)
