Order Cancellation Policy
1. Pre-Shipment Cancellations

Orders canceled after payment processing will be subject to a platform processing fee (up to 10% of total order value), applicable even if canceled prior to shipment.

As a courtesy, customers may be eligible for store credit equivalent to a partial or full offset of the processing fee.

Store credit validity: 180 days from issuance date.
2. Post-Shipment Returns

Customers may refuse delivery or arrange self-return (return shipping costs at customer's expense).
