BEARING KIT

• When purchasing the Linkage & Triangle, it will be pre - assembled before shipping. This option is provided for some customers with specific needs.
  • If you have relevant experience and tools, you can replace it yourself.
  • If you're not confident, it is recommended to replace the entire new linkage assembly to avoid operational risks.
• The single option of the Bearing Kit only includes one set of bearing kits, aiming to reduce maintenance costs. Please select the quantity according to the actual damage situation.
• One linkage requires two sets of bearing kits. If you want to replace the whole set, you need to adjust the quantity to 2.

LINKAGE MAINTENANCE

• It is not recommended to pry out the bearings for maintenance as it can easily damage the internal components. Do not disassemble them without authorization. Otherwise, after-sales service will not be provided.
  
• Daily maintenance: Regularly use a specialized syringe to inject lubricating oil into the interior through the two hidden grease injection holes we designed, thus extending the service life.（Oil filling tools are for sale.）

UPGRADE

 1. Stock / Super Moto Versatility Adjustable:

❓After replacing the tires or the front fork, the backward tilt angle of the vehicle will change, making it prone to lifting the front end when climbing slopes or having a too-low chassis that easily hits obstacles.

📌We have carried out an upgrade to address this problem. (Key points for review)
- We adjusted the structure of the triangular connecting rod to make it universal whether it is the stock setting or after modification.
- The 304 steel adjustable bushings on the triangle side are used for the stock position and 25mm / 0.75 inch rising by flipping the bushing.

2. Lighter and Stronger:

• key: thickened, 50g lighter, strength increased by 20%
• We have thickened the key force-bearing positions to prevent the bearings from being crushed, and at the same time carried out a structural upgrade design from T shape to Triangle shape.
• In total, our linkage set is about 50 gram less than the stock one, and also increased 20% more strength.

3. Non-slopping Composite Needle Roller Bushing:

❓ Have you ever encountered a situation where you need to perform maintenance every 300 - 500 kilometers, and then find that there is sand, water, or even rust inside, causing wear to the tail fork and the triangular bracket?

📌This is caused by the structural problem of the middle bushing that slides left and right. We have upgraded to address this issue and adopted a composite needle roller bushing to prevent it from moving left and right. 

4. Two Grease Injection Holes: 

• We have added two hidden grease injection holes to facilitate the regular maintenance of riders, without the need for cumbersome disassembly and prolong the service life.
• Oil filling tools are for sale.

5.  More bearings, higher quality：

• The number of bearings has been upgraded from 2 to 3, the force coefficient is improved, and the use is more stable.
• At the same time, Skrmod customization bearings are used!
